AMCO: Equita-Bocconi award for success of fundraising in the debt market
The jury of the Equita-Università Bocconi award for the best capital markets strategy, awarded AMCO – Asset Management Company second place in the category of “Fundraising in the debt market”, in relation to the 500 million Senior unsecured issue made in September 2022.
The recognition is linked to the success of the transaction (book 1.7 times the offer) even among foreign investors (62% of allocations), despite a complicated market environment.
The award was collected by Eadberto Peressoni, AMCO’s Chief Financial Officer, at the “financial markets for competitiveness and growth” event held 4 May at Bocconi University.
The Award benefits from the patronage of Bocconi University and Borsa Italiana – Euronext and aims to reward the originality and effectiveness of operations carried out on the capital market as a lever for the relaunch and development of the company.
