What does "we grow together" mean?
UNICI & UNITI
In 2024, the ‘Unici & Uniti’ campaign was launched to promote DE&I, including awareness initiatives.
We have increased the number of women in top management and launched a Leadership Programme involving around 20 colleagues to support their career growth.
Gender-neutral access is guaranteed by the Selection and Recruitment Procedure and in Head Hunters processes.
EATING HEALTHY AND RECYCLE
In our break areas we have innovative smart fridges for healthy eating in the office with 100% recyclable or biodegradable packaging.
Surplus food is recovered in collaboration with Banco Alimentare.
TAKE CARE
Aimed at allowing an optimal home/work balance and adopting the smart-working agreement for 10 days a month, allowing our employees to use it in a flexible way.
