Antonella Centra
Antonella Centra is a lawyer and member of the Board of Directors of major Italian companies. Since 2013 she has been part of the Kering Group where, since 2015, she holds several roles within Gucci, including Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability, Institutional Relations, as well as board positions within the Group companies. In the past, she worked in the legal department of IBM and was Deputy General Counsel of Wind and General Counsel of Coca Cola.
She trained professionally in international firms such as Baker and McKenzie and Wilmer Cutler & Pickering.
Graduated in Law in 1994 from “La Sapienza” in Rome, she holds a Master’s degree in European Union Law from the College of Europe in Bruges. She has been licensed to practice law since 1997.
