Organisational, management and control model pursuant to leg. decree no. 231/2001

In order to prevent the offenses which may cause administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 may result, AMCO has adopted an organisational, management and control model, lastly updated by a resolution of the Board of Directors on 10 June 2025 (the 231 Model).
