Fitch upgrades AMCO’s special servicer ratings

FITCH UPGRADES AMCO’S SPECIAL SERVICER RATINGS

Milan, 23 October 2025. AMCO S.p.A. informs that today Fitch upgraded AMCO’s commercial, residential and asset-backed special servicer ratings to ‘CSS2+’, ‘RSS2+’, ‘ABSS2+’ with Stable Outlook.

Fitch’s upgrade reflects the Company’s new organisational structure, the strengthening of loan administration -including reporting processes- and of credit controls, as well as technology enhancements.
