Based on the information available at any given time and on our actual operational needs, AMCO will evaluate any opportunities for collaboration.

Applications received via email, mail or PEC will not be considered. Only applications via Archibus Portal will be considered valid. The acceptance is subject to verification of the correctness and completeness of the process; additions may be requested, if necessary, through Portal messaging.

*Workout = a professional who mainly handles the judicial recovery of debts, initiating and conducting the legal actions necessary to obtain the repayment of outstanding amounts
**Restructuring = a professional who prepares and negotiates debt restructuring agreements, also coordinating with other financial advisors involved to ensure financial sustainability and/or business continuity
