Silvia Tossini

 

Silvia Tossini is a member of the Board of Directors of AMCO and member of the Risk and Related Parties Committee since June 2023.

Since July 2025, she has been working in the Cabinet of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. 

Throughout her career, she has held various managerial positions within the MEF, initially dealing with policies to prevent and contrast the use of the financial system for illegal purposes. Subsequently, she was responsible for the analysis, monitoring and assessment of risks arising from the State’s financial interventions in support of the economy, particularly those associated with the system of public guarantees, including aspects related to the correct accounting of commitments undertaken by the State and their impact on public finances. 

In these roles, she gained significant economic and financial experience at international and European level, and she was appointed as a member of the Facilities Committee, responsible for managing subsidized finance instruments for the internationalization of companies managed by SIMEST S.p.A. (under Funds 394/81 and 295/73) and by the Steering Committee of the Italian Climate Fund. 

Since August 2025, she is also a board member of SACE S.p.A.

She graduated in Law from the University of Roma Tre and obtained a Master’s degree in law and economics from the University of Roma Tor Vergata. 

She is also qualified lawyer, and she’s worked as a lawyer specialising in intellectual and industrial property law.
