Luca Battagliero
Born in Milan in 1974.
Luca Battagliero is from 4 November 2019 Human Resources, Transformation, and Internal Communication Director at AMCO.
He began his professional career in 2000 at Hay Group as Consultant. From 2003 to 2006 he was Team Leader in the Reward Services Division and later European Sector Leader for Fast Moving Consumer Goods. In 2008 he joined Barclays Bank as Reward Manager and then from 2011 to 2017 as HR Manager. From 2018 he has been Italy & Albania HR & Communication Director in Arrow Global. He graduated from Bocconi University in Milan with a degree in Business Administration and a specialisation in Work Organisation.
