Supervisory body

Pursuant to the provisions of Leg. Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001 (Rules on the administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations, including those without legal personality), AMCO’s Board of Directors appoints (Article 6 of the abovementioned Decree) an autonomous and independent Supervisory body for supervising the functioning of, and compliance with, the Organisation, Management and Control Model adopted by the Company.

On 10 June 2025, the Board of Directors assigned to the Management Control Committee – until the duration of its current term of office, i.e. until the approval of the 2025 annual report – the functions of the Supervisory body referred to in Article 6 of Legislative Decree 231/2001.
