Viviana Scampone
Head of Transformation Office
In AMCO since April 2024, Viviana Scampone holds the position of Head of Transformation Office governing all strategic and evolutionary projects of the Company.
Viviana, after a master’s degree in “Material Science and Development” taken in Japan at Kyoto Institute of Technology, began her career in the world of Consulting first in McK then Accenture dealing mainly with projects review of Operational and Management Models and Customer Advocacy & Satisfaction. She continued her career in the industrial world in Stellantis (former FIAT) as Material Management & Customer Satisfaction manager of the Spare Sparts BU. She joined BNP Paribas Group in 2008 where she held roles of increasing responsibility in Retail and as Chief of CEO staff. Scampone holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rome La Sapienza.
