Stefano Chiocchetta
Head of Real Estate
Stefano Chiocchetta has been AMCO’s Head of the Real Estate Department since January 2021.From 2005 to 2014 he worked in Bizzi & Partners Development, a global real estate company focused on the development of prime commercial and residential properties in Europe and the Americas. From 2014 to 2018, he joined Aquileia Capital Services (formerly Hypo Alpe Adria Leasing) as Head of Asset Management directing the strategic management of owned real estate portfolios. He has been an RICS member since 2017 with the title of Management Consultant and of various Advisory Committees in Funds managed by Italian SGRs.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from Insubria University of Varese.
