Marco Salemi
Chief Risk Officer
Born in Milan in 1969.
At AMCO since February 2019, he covers the role of Chief Risk Officer.
Salemi began his career as a Credit Risk Analyst in Cariplo. Since 1998 to 2006 he worked in Banca Intesa as Head of Credit Risk Manager for the Network and Italian Banks Division, later he was Risk Management & Research Director at CRIF and Head of rating criteria for the CRIF Rating Agency, then he was Head of Risk Management at Banca del Mezzogiorno – MedioCredito Centrale between 2015 and 2017 and Head of Risk Management at Banca Progetto between 2017 and 2019.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics cum laude and a Master’s degree in Economics from the “L. Bocconi” University of Milan.
