Francesco Valsecchi
Francesco Valsecchi has been a member of the Board of Directors of AMCO since May 2026.
A Court of Cassation lawyer, he has extensive experience in corporate governance, company law and listed companies, having held management and control roles in major Italian and international groups.
During his career, he served as a director on the boards of Anima Holding, Poste Italiane and Inwit. He was also a member of the Board of Directors and of the Internal Control Committee of ENEL. Finally, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of BancoPosta Fondi SGR and Postecom S.p.A., both part of Poste Italiane Group.
Throughout his professional career, he has collaborated with public institutions and ministerial bodies, participating in research groups and technical-scientific bodies dealing with public finance, telecommunications and civil procedure reform. He has also undertaken academic and teaching activities at LUISS Guido Carli University and the School of Public Administration.
He graduated with honours in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and has been registered with the Rome Bar Association since 1992 and with the Special Register of lawyers admitted to the Court of Cassation since 2004.
