Francesca Bardazzi
Head of HR, Transformation & Internal Communication
Francesca Bardazzi has been Head of AMCO’s HR, Transformation & Internal Communication Department since July 2024.
She has a solid experience in the HR sector gained in training and development, selection and personnel management roles. She started her professional career in the world of private banking first at Banca Steinhauslin SpA and then at Banca Esperia SpA and then continued in Barclays Bank Plc Italy, first in the organization area, then as Training & Talent Acquisition Manager and then as HR Business Partner.
She was then Business Manager in Seltis Srl of the Openjobmetis SpA Group.
From 2021 she joined AMCO where she held the position of Head of People Management until July 2024.
Bardazzi is an ICF Certified Coach.
She holds a degree in Education Sciences from the University of Florence.
