AMCO FINALISED THE PURCHASE OF €430 MILLION

UTPs FROM BPER GROUP

Milan, 18 May 2023. AMCO informs that it has signed an agreement with BPER Group for the acquisition of approximately €430 million (GBV) of Unlikely to Pay (UTP) loans. The transaction is part of the framework agreement communicated on 28 November 2022.

The portfolio is mainly composed of loans to corporates.

The acquisition is expected to be closed in the second quarter of 2023.
