Valentina Gemignani has been a member of the Board of Directors of AMCO since May 2026.
She is currently Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Culture. A senior executive at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, she has held senior positions within the public administration, including Director-General of the Cabinet and Deputy Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
She served as a Director on the Board of Directors of Poste Italiane until April 2026.
Throughout her professional career, she has developed expertise in public governance and institutional relations, holding positions on the management and supervisory bodies of companies and public bodies.
Previously, she worked in various public administration bodies, dealing with organisation, administrative management and institutional processes.
She graduated with honours in Law and in Administrative Sciences from the University of Teramo and is a qualified Solicitor. She also holds an Executive Master in Public Administration Management from SDA Bocconi.
