Saverio Ferraro
Chief Operating Officer and Head of Corporate Outsourcing
Saverio Ferraro has been Chief Operating Officer and Head of Corporate Outsourcing (ROA) at AMCO since June 2026.
He has extensive experience in the digital and operational transformation of large organisations within international contexts in the banking, telecommunications and industrial sectors.
Before joining AMCO, he was General Manager at Atlantic Technologies and Group Executive Director at the Engineering Group, where he led transformation programmes across various industrial sectors and within complex national and international organisations.
Throughout his career, he has held roles with increasing responsibility, including Chief Operating Officer and Deputy General Manager at BNP Paribas Factoring, Chief Information Officer at BNL BNP Paribas, IT Director at Iccrea Banca, as well as leadership positions at Vodafone at both national and international levels. He began his career at Ericsson.
He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, an Executive MBA in Digital Innovation from the MIP Business School, and a certification in Applied Generative AI from MIT in Boston.
