Paola Colombo
Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs
Paola Colombo joined AMCO as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs in June 2025.
Before joining AMCO, from 2021 to 2025, she was General Counsel at Gardant Group and, previously, General Counsel of the Credito Fondiario Banking Group.
From 2013 to 2015, Colombo was Head of Corporate Affairs at Cassa di Risparmio di Parma e Piacenza (Crèdit Agricole Group) and from 2008 to 2013 she was Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Generali Immobiliare Italia SGR.
After her legal practice at the Morazzoni law firm, she worked as a legal and corporate advisor for the Milan International Fair Foundation, then senior associate at Simmons & Simmons.
She holds a degree in Law from the University of Milan and achieved the license to practice Law.
