Domenico Iannotta
Chairman
Domenico Iannotta has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of AMCO since May 2026.
As a senior official at the Ministry of Economy and Finance within the Treasury Department – Directorate for Corporate Shareholdings and the Protection of Strategic Assets – he has gained extensive experience in corporate governance, public shareholdings, and control and supervisory activities.
Throughout his career, he has held positions on Boards of Directors, Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies, including those of publicly owned subsidiaries and controlled companies. He served as a Director on the Board of Directors of Gestore dei Servizi Energetici – GSE S.p.A., SDA Courier Express S.p.A. (part of the Poste Italiane Group) and SICOT S.r.l., a company subsequently merged into Consip S.p.A.
From 2017 to 2023, he was a member of AMCO’s Board of Directors. He has also held auditing and supervisory roles at public bodies and companies, building up expertise in the areas of corporate governance, corporate control and public administration.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Naples – Federico II and a Master’s degree in Public Economics from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He is also registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors.
